Using inspiration from Pinterest and curated open-source imagery, we’ll craft a visual direction that reflects your vision and aesthetic. You’ll review the mood board before any website design begins, giving us a clear and intentional foundation for the rest of your project.

Once we’ve chosen a direction, we’ll refine the mood board based on your feedback. The number of revisions included will depend on the experience you selected.
With your vision in place, you’ll then choose the Showit template that best fits your brand and goals. And if you need help deciding, we’re always happy to guide you in the right direction.

This is where we begin the website design phase. We’ll send over a detailed checklist along with a shared Google Doc to help you organize everything in one easy place. To keep the process simple and stress-free, we work through your website page by page rather than all at once.
You’ll gather and upload your content — including images, copy, headshots, and portfolio work — through either Google Drive or Dropbox so everything stays organized and accessible throughout the project.

Once we have your content, we’ll begin designing your homepage first. Since it sets the tone and visual direction for the rest of your website, it’s also the most detailed part of the process.
We’ll send the homepage over for your feedback before moving forward. Once we’ve perfected the homepage, the remaining pages come together seamlessly and naturally.

Once the homepage is approved, we’ll move through the remaining pages one at a time to ensure everything feels cohesive and intentional. Each page includes up to two rounds of revisions.
The timeline for this phase depends on how quickly content and feedback are received, but most projects are completed within 2–4 weeks.

Once all pages are complete, we’ll move into the launch phase. Your website will be transferred to your account for final testing, refinement, and quality checks to ensure everything is polished and functioning seamlessly before launch day.
After your site goes live, you’ll receive a personalized tutorial video along with branded launch graphics to help you confidently share your new online presence with your audience.

Nope! I love helping my clients find the right template for them. For The Signature and Elevated experiences, you'll need a template secured before your project start date — but I'm here to guide you through the process and help you find the one that's the perfect fit for your business.
The Signature is built on a Showit template and customized to your brand — it's the faster, more accessible option for businesses ready to level up without starting from scratch. The Elevated is a full redesign and template built around your brand from the ground up, with more pages, deeper strategy, and stronger messaging guidance.
Copywriting isn't included in any of the packages — you'll provide your own text before we dive in. If you're not sure where to start, I have resources I can recommend to help you write it with confidence. My Copywriting Guide (included with the Signature and Elevated) also helps you know exactly what to say on each page.
Once you book, you'll fill out my client questionnaire and get a detailed checklist of everything you'll need — copy, images, brand assets, and any other content. We work page by page to keep things manageable, so you won't be scrambling to pull everything together at once.
