I already have a Showit site. Can you just improve it?
Yes. I've connected HoneyBook and Sprout Studio myself, and your Showit site can link to the other tools photographers use, like Dubsado, Pixieset, and Pic-Time, through your contact form, booking links, and client galleries.
Will my galleries and CRM work with my new site?
Yes. I've moved sites from WordPress and Squarespace to Showit, including my own. Wherever I can, I keep your page addresses the same, redirect any that change, and carry over your page titles and descriptions, so the pages already bringing in Google traffic keep their value. Moving a blog is available as an add-on.
Can you move my site from Squarespace or WordPress?
You'll need one before your start date, but not to book. I'm happy to help you choose one that fits your business and the photos you already have. Website in a Week customizes the template with your brand, while The Elevated uses it as a starting point and reshapes it around your brand, content, and goals.
Do I need to buy a Showit template first?
Absolutely. That’s one of the biggest reasons I design in Showit. You’ll be able to easily swap photos, update pricing, change text, or publish a blog post without needing to call a designer every time you want to make a small update.
Can I update my website myself?
The 1 Day Refresh is one focused, seven-hour design day. Website in a Week is designed and launched in one week once your copy and images are ready. The Elevated is designed and launched within four weeks. I take two Website in a Week projects a month and usually book at least four weeks out.
How long does it take to build my website?
The 1 Day Refresh starts at $850, split over 2 payments. Website in a Week starts at $1,650 and The Elevated at $2,950, each split over 3 payments. Your Showit template is purchased separately. Add-ons include extra pages ($200), blog design and setup ($350), and email opt-in integration ($150).
