You receive your proposal. Your proposal includes the recommended package, a clear breakdown of everything that's included, your estimated timeline, and your investment. No surprises, no hidden fees. Once you're ready to move forward, you'll sign your contract online and pay your 50% deposit to lock in your spot on my calendar.

We get you onboarded. I'll send you a detailed questionnaire and a shared Google Drive folder with a clear checklist of everything I need — logo, colors, fonts, photos, and copy. The more organized your assets, the smoother (and faster) the whole process goes. Once everything is in, I'll confirm your official project start date.

I build your website. This is where I go heads-down in Showit. I apply your brand, refine layouts for flow and conversions, optimize every page for mobile, and set up all the integrations included in your package. You don't have to do a thing during this phase — just trust the process.

You see it for the first time. When your first draft is ready, I record a personal Loom video walking you through every page — what I built, why I made certain choices, and what I'd love your feedback on. No confusing email chains: I collect your notes clearly, make revisions, and notify you when it's ready for another look.

We launch. Once you love every single page, we collect your remaining balance and hand over the keys. Your site goes live, and I send you a tutorial video so you know exactly how to make small updates yourself. You'll also receive post-launch support for 30 days (if you got The Overhaul) — so you're never left figuring things out alone.

For The Refresh, The Makeover, and The Overhaul — yes, you'll need a template. Not sure which one? I'm happy to recommend a few that would work well for your business during our discovery call.
Copywriting isn't included in these packages — you'll provide your own text. Don't have it yet? I can recommend some great resources to help you write it.
Once you book, you'll fill out my client questionnaire and share your brand assets, copy, and photos. From there, I get to work — and you'll hear from me throughout the process. No radio silence, no surprises.
