For Lot 25, the goal was to create a website that felt polished, personal, and approachable while clearly communicating Courtney’s work as a fractional CMO and marketing partner.
We started with a Showit template she had already purchased, but built the website out from the ground up around her existing brand. The project grew into a custom 8-page site with a blog, allowing us to thoughtfully organize her services, process, expertise, and content in a way that felt easy to navigate and gave potential clients a clear understanding of how she could support their business.
Because Courtney was starting without a full library of brand photography, I also helped source imagery that complemented her visual identity and created the warm, editorial feel we wanted throughout the site. We paired those images with soft neutral tones, intentional layouts, and conversational messaging to keep the experience elevated without feeling overly corporate.
The finished site feels cohesive, strategic, and distinctly Lot 25 — giving Courtney a professional online home that reflects both the depth of her marketing experience and the approachable, relationship-first way she works with clients.
